MeEasy before i came here i never bought a seed always used old bag seed. Never heard of online seed sells, scared me first time i did it but got tired of sexing dozens to get several females. I love it and still keep the seeds i find in buds. But boy knowing the sex and caring for the plants takes alot of time.Smoke Ganja create Peace Respect Nature don't trash the Planet

Just about three weeks since introduction of new lights. The already flowering GG#4 and Grapefruit didnt take kindly to that and punched out some foxtails. ripening now after second fresh water flush. The other two photos(crystal candy and double chocolate) are basking in the brightness..Double chocolate is a tall plant, im glad i tied her down early. My Sex Bud clones are getting a little tough to keep under control before they enter the tent. Just keep trimming and LST. Lots of work right now..seem to be watering or training every day.9 PhotosShappel S3000 3.5x6x6' ice hut

13 plants. Challenging for sure. Good luck !!

Grow big and strong MagicMike66 best of luck with your grow

A little over 2 weeks into flower and Gelato 41 Fast has more than doubled in height. Good thing I kept it flat and low in training. She is already looking real good and I am excited to see how she will finish.
The Blackberry Gum is not as aggressive in upward growth but is a stout hardy plant that is on a different timetable compared to the Gelato.
Now to sit back and watch the flowers fatten up.

Hey fellow growers!!!!
Hope January is going ok for all of you. My deepest sympathies for all the American growers at this time in your countries history😔
it’s been a while since I’ve updated as my grow went completely off the rails, and has kept me a lot busier than I expected.
First problem was that I trusted the breeders size expectations, and planted my first run of Autos accordingly, in a SOG set up, with my buckets almost touching one another. By 5 weeks from germination, it was becoming quite obvious that I was going to have a crowding issue. I started defoliating every couple of days to keep adequate air flow. By 7 weeks, I had moved all my fans(4) to blow under the canopy to keep the branches from sitting on one another. The following week, I started removing lower branches....
Not ideal, I know. It was either this, or start removing plants altogether. I was terrified of WPM developing, that I wouldn’t be able to effectively treat in the cramped conditions.
Well, they’re starting to finish now... all at different times which is truly a blessing. I’ve taken down a few of the AK’s, but the critical mass are still actively growing new pistils, and not a single one has turned red yet, so really no idea when they’ll finish. If I believed the breeder😂😂😂 they’ll be done in 2 weeks, but that’s definitely not happening. I would love to get some individual plants out of their places to get some better pics for you, but the room is a sea of yo yo’s now, and I can’t breathe on them without a branch falling over. I promise some good pics at harvest. Will also make a separate post of my mutants, of which there were a few 😂
The bud porn is from the AK’s

😂😂thanks brother! I keep starting veg too early, and they get too big before my flower room is done. I really need to stop preparing for the worst every time. It’s an old habit, that I’m having a problem breaking
-
I don’t pop seeds for the next round until the 3rd week of flower unless I’m only doing a couple plants and veg space isn’t a concern. That still doesn’t always workout but it’s usually close(er) lol
-
@ bboyfromwayback 3 weeks is just about exactly how far I keep ending up ahead!. I actually just flipped my veg room to flower (same mistake again) for the exact same reason. I guess I could take clones when the plants are still in the stretch, instead of before I flip.

Hey lalaland, those are some fine ladies!
-
Thanks so much!! After my couple of mystery plant runs, I really wanted some genetics that would reward me for my work by producing nice big buds. I really expected to screw it up in some way, so am super ecstatic that I didn’t 😂
Can’t wait to show you guys the finished result!

Nice! Glad you get to stagger harvest. I have several 5 gallon buckets with holes in the bottom from growing tomatoes, it's been a couple of years since I grew them. Been trying to decide whether to use those for the next grow, or the pots I used the first time.Soil: Coast of Maine Stonington Blend, perlite; Seedlings: CoM org potting soil
Indoor: 2 x 5.5 x 8' Closet grow
Viparspectra XS2000; EnjoYield 220W full spectrum light added during flower
Various size fabric grow bags
Cal-Mag & GH Trio if needed; Flower Fuel & molasses during bloom; ReCharge
4 clip fans. Exhaust into attic is vented to the eaves
Current grow: DEAD FLOWERS

Should've added, since you will lose the handles by cutting the bucket, you could drill a couple of holes 4" apart on each side and run a small cord through the holes and knot them inside to make simple handles for moving them around.
-
Mazzariman you totally read my mind! Most of them have been cut down, holes drilled all over the bottom, and around the rim for lst tie downs. Super easy to move around, as well and sanitize between grows. I understand that a lot of people don’t like the plastic containers, due to root problems encountered with them. I did have higher humidity in the lower canopy likely due to my containers, but when my plants get big enough to move the fans under the canopy, that issue is cleared up.👍
-
lalaland, glad to hear you already had that idea in action! Great minds... You even improved upon it by adding the extra holes for tying down branches! I hadn't even considered that. Thanks!

8 Cookies Gelato week 10 of Veg. Switched to 12/12 3 days ago.
been battling root problems the first 4-5 weeks of their lives. Mainly because this rain season has been the coldest ever. Hadn’t had a 6 hours darkness without the temperature dropped to 12-14 Celsius.
Many of the leaves are starting now to turn purple slowly.
Ohh yea I also have 2 autos. One green gelato auto under the lumatek and and a Lemon skunk auto in the middle.
happy growing capt.4 PhotosJust because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.

Looking gorgeous! As always! This winter has been an unusual one for sure! We usually have-10C to -25C from Mid November to the end of February, so I was expecting to have to heat my room and run a humidifier, and instead it’s hovering around 0, and I’m running a full size dehumidifier instead. 😂 and using my exhaust to regulate heat 😂
How’s the wifey and little peanut doing? Actually I guess your little peanut might actually be a football now?😂
Hope everything is going well😁
-
Thanks for the kind words ☺️
Well be thankful for the nice winter you had 😅💪🏻 My humidifier is throwing out hot air too, so if I didn’t have that one, I would definitely be fucked😆 I don’t have exhaust or nothing, my tent I big enough to not have a use for it. How is your grow going ? Haven’t been in here for quite some time.
Well we lost our child in the pregnancy. So I been battling depression a lot and cursed the gods quite a bit. But I’m starting to feeling better, little by little.
There must be a reason why the gods took away my child. So we will try again when we are ready..
