    Too much light?

Is 2100 watts of LED lights too much for 9 plants in a 5X5 grow tent too much?

    #2
Depends on the LED. With the most efficient LEDs, 30-50w/sq foot is a good target, which would be 750-1250w for a 5x5.
First grow started on April 17th, 2019.
    4x4 Grow Tent
    2 X 240W 3000k QB (lm301b). 24/0 light cycle.
Canna Coco medium, 3 gallon fabric pots
AN SensiCoco Grow + Bloom w/ tap water

    Growing:
    2 x Mephisto - Chemdogging
    1 x Mephisto - Northern Cheese Haze
    1 x Dinafem - Dinamex

Chopped June 30th, 2019. Final yield: 716g plus 329g of larfy buds.

We have 1 1500W and 2 300W so it would be too much for the plants?

What kind are they? There's a ton of variation in efficiency based on the type of LEDs.

Jcastleman11 is that actual watts that are pulled from the wall or equivalent?

I'd suspect that it's fairy watts. Probably closer to 5-600 watts with it all running. If the fixtures use old red/blue diodes, plan on at least 40w/ sq ft-that's 1000w watts of ACTUAL power consumption for a 5x5.

Mary jane do need a good luminance but classified a long day plant.it needs long day hours over power of light to grow. So to much light over long day can diverse stunt it. What you think will happen.
