    Cross media transplanting

I was transplanting my neighbors orchids from soil to an orchid mix. Lots of washing of the dirt from the roots with hydrogen peroxide.
I got to thinking about transplanting from soil to coco or other such moves.
This is all hypothetical. Mine are soil. Yours are yours. Curiosity only.

    Hi Gingerbeard
Yes it can be done peeps have moved, used root washing and established in a new medium, soil to Hydro, soil to coco.
I move clones from Hydro to coco. Cannabis is not excluded from the Plant World rules, it just like other Botanical species just has its own special needs.

      Far out!
I keep harping on my limited 2'x2'x4.5' limited area. Coco, hydro, bubble, and the others look like they will grow plants too big for me. Soil is my friend. My dirty friend, but my friend. I'm heavy into training and am working for colas, not redwoods. A new medium might be fun.
Perhaps I'll look for a real short plastic container I can start some sort of liquid grow in.

This is my standard method for plants:

Use a germbag with soil for the seed.
Place in a 1 gallon container of coc/perlite.
Transplant to final container in soil.

        Example: https://forum.growweedeasy.com/forum...ies-autoflower

If I am doing a coco/perlite grow- I germbag the seed in soil and place in coco/perlite.
It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!
