Hey there , some advice sought please. When i transplant this girl is it best to leave stalk as long as that from the ground to first node? Or should i bury it a bit? I know can slow growth for a bit though if i do that. Stalk is strong.

You can bury her a little deeper if you want to, but she looks fine to me now, strong an healthy looking.

Yeh, i am looking forward to doing that. Going to transplant tonight to final pot then once she is nice and settled will LST. Is it best to do that or do that along with topping?

Don't wait too long or the stem will be too hard to bend.

Roots like to stretch downward. If you bury the stalk, that will only limit potential space for root growth. In fact, when transplanting, sometimes I don’t even fully bury the root ball. I’ll half bury it and let it stick out of the top of the soil. The end result looks like a pyrimid of roots and soil. Larger roots = larger fruits.

After transplant is it ok to leave plant under normal light again? Same amount of timing for light on and off as what is already set or should i leave it in darkness for a little while after transplant? Cheers 😀

Keep the light schedule normal when transplanting. They are already under a bit of stress during the process. You want to alleviate as much stress as possible by providing the best possible environment.

I transplant so the plug (with plant in it) stays about 1/2 inch above the new soil.
The reason is to promote a faster recovery from watering/feeding as more oxygen gets to the upper 1/3 of roots immediately.
Once the plant has grown into the new pot- I fill in with gnatnix- which continues to allow more oxygen to the roots.

Well, transplant was successfull. Tried the pyramid shape. I am now Training her. Amazed how quick the leaves moved to the light, so fascinating.

The spur on the right that i LST'D should i leave that to grow as normal or would it benifit from a topping to split it again?

I only topped one time and with the new double growth, I should have topped again. Didn’t realize that I could . However, the net result turned out bigger than my expectations so, I’m quite pleased but next time ..I am going to top twice
