Spider mites!! Act quickly. I spray neem oil 3-4 days in a row when I see leaves like that. Then at least 1-2 per week after. Seal up the grow room and keep plants off the floor (no direct contact). Also look into your temp and humidity, they like a specific environment to thrive in.

So I thought it was mold/mildew and was suggested this from the grow store. It says it’ll treat mites. Think I should try neem oil too? Thanks again!

Powdery white mildew will visually rub off the leaves when you rub it with your finger. It leaves behind spores you can not see by eye though.
This is leaf damage due to SM activity.
I have no experience with that solution you have. I know neem works for certain.

Highly recommend you follow tokers advice and only use neem oil. Honestly.. but yes do it fast.. and look at air flow around the plants, lots of breeze blowing through upsets their reproductive abilities.

That will work, but picking up the ready to use kind is not recommended. I purchase the concentrated and mix with water prior to use. Saves $$$ this way.

I actually opted for the concentrated version. Great minds 🤘

I’ll Definitely grab one! Also is it ok to put on while they’re in flower? I imagine so

You can use it on the leaves, but it is not recommended for spraying on the buds. I usually use it through out veg, so there is no need to spray on flowers. The oils can leave a residual that will effect the taste quality. If the infestation is really bad, you can spray the bud, it’s safe, but expect a lower quality flavor profile in that case.
