I really appreciate all of the great info I have found making this medicine. I use the same concentration of flower/oil and the results have allowed me to cut my pain meds to 1/4 of what I had to before. Thanks again.

I gift them to a friend in chemo. I dont do edibles. Another fibro friend eats 3 of my cookies for breakfast . 1/4 gets me too stoned so just do tinctures

Tika, why the caps though? Wouldnt tincture deliver the meds quicker? I am all about making things- and it looks like I am going to make this but for what purpose? Id probably have to eat 20% of the batch just to figure out proper dosage. Im really curious.

I recently gave a friend 1.5ML dose of tincture in his coffee. I gave a 2 drop dose ( 2 literal drops ) to another more of a light weight friend- after the 1.5 ML dose my buddy was smiling and giving me the thumbs up. Within 15 minutes of that 2 drop dose- the girls about to get into a panic attack cuz she wasnt expecting it to hit so hard or work - or 'feel it' as well as she did.

Shit that same 1.5 ML dose is about 25 drops... im thinking WTF! So dosing is so subjective and so - random- and so... product to product- its gotta be nearly impossible to have the same exact effect happens when each plant is grown separately and individually. OK my mind is f'd

I smoke. I Vape. I Eat. I tincture. Seems to not matter - just whatever keeps the boat floating if you know what I mean. I vaped a bit ago- first time on the Arizer- not so bad- you know different than smoking a bong- of course after the vape, I followed up with 2 strong bong rips and off I went. That said. i love it all haha

I recently tried something different. I made some dry ice hash out of some trim and 'trash'. Baked it in the oven (open to the air) at 230 deg. F for two and a half hours. I use the powder (approximately 1/4 tsp.) in hot water and a dash of cinnamon to make a pleasant 'tea'. I find it works very well and the effects appear fairly quick (10-15 minutes).No hacking or coughing! I like the tea because it seems to work faster than the eatables that I have tried.

Tinctures work quickly also. GWE said to decarboxilate Kief (I was going to use for tinctures )250 D for 20 minutes.
Point is that it works. I also considered putting tincture in tea.

tincture is the fastest way to gain the effect. If taken under the tongue- you bypass the liver process- and reduce the initial buzz to sometimes within 10-15 minutes.

Tincture tea- hell yea.... look ill be totally brutally honest. I love the taste and smell of cannabis. When I put 1.5 ML of tincture in my coffee this morning it was heaven- I can add it to anything really- and if I am in a crunch- under the tongue.

The cannamombs I made have a stick. If you remove said stick- and drop .5 ML in that hole - and drop that im your mouth- your brain will be jelly- damn cannabiscornchowdercielbasa stew anyone?

Yes..tincture tells you right where you are in 15 miniutes..and you'll stay there for a while too. Can retitrate at will and I like having day and night differences.
opium was made into tincture also as well as a bunch of other stuff.
