    these pics from today one week after moving to 12/12 light schedule, are these female or hermes?

    Those are not females. Those are male. Throw them away asap....

        yes, the one to the left doesn't show any type flowering yet, it possibly an female?

          The balls are from the other plant. This one has a chance to be female. I'd say it is since your other has some very defined pollen sacs.

        Males flower/mature 2 weeks ahead of females- so If you haven't tossed the one on the right away- DO SO NOW- and let the one on the left develop!

              I think it'll be female but don't get your hopes up. Give it some time. If you can show us the pistil spots in normal light, it'd help immensely.

                      See the picture I attached, need a focused picture of that area. The higher up, the better. Usually pistils will form first higher up the stalk in my experience.
