Reading the Pankace's previous thread on making Dab and Tika's thread on tinctures; Is there that much difference between the two?
Both require decarboxylation and extraction with alcohol , Dab boils the alcohol to concentrate and tincture ages in the freezer.
The only significant difference seems to be adding propylene glycol at the end of it for Dab, am I mis-understanding or is this the case?

its so confusing. It all began with the "spots" technique to smoke little weed "spots" pressing it in between two live red hot knives. Weed gets carbonized in a second. Then people started smoking hash this way. Wasn't Until full melt hash came along needing a flat surface that we began using the nail
