I'm looking for suggestion on indoor lighting. I'm getting things together to start my next grow. I've got a light for the flowering stage just not sure what to use for the beginning stages. Also wondering if the same light could be used all the way through the grow. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I like to start with T5 200/400watt. I would not recommend using it all the way. I use HPS 600W for flower.
Always consider the heat when choosing a light. my 2ccompleted 7 grows
what I have learned so far:
environment maters more than nutrients
at least a dab of nutrients in every watering
effective flushing before harvest is critical to quality

It seems that indoor grow lighting is limited by heat management or money. Getting a better idea of the limitations you're facing can help us to give some guidance.
WHAT???
5x5 grow space
900w of Vero's and F-strips
4-17gal totes self-made UC system.

Since you have your flower light all you need is a vegetation light that goes towards rhe blue/green light spectrum.
You could go with some inexpensive CFL lights to get them from sprouts to preflower just make sure you're giving them enough of it.
I'm sold on LED lights and auto flowering seeds, 18/6, 365.

CFL for seed and veg is fine, You don't mention what you have so there is no way to judge if it is appropriate.
Many grow lights work well for growing cannabis indoors. The 3 main types are: fluorescents (T5s), HIDs (Metal Halide, HPS, CMH) and LEDs. Learn how to pick the best option for your setup!
