I think the question more is are you ready to put them into flower. You are the deciding factor as to how big you want the plant to grow. It can basically flower whenever.

100% agreed i mean technically you can start the whole plants life in 12/12 but will just be much smaller lady. Biggest factors to most is how much space there working with. If you have the room and want bigger yields let veg for 2-4weeks more and youll know when your ready. Dont forget the last stretch too when switching plant should stretch about double in hieght from veg to flower. Gl and looking nice man!

I would say flower. 3 gallon pots aren't going to give you a lot of growing. Depending what size pot you moved them from they easily could have already filled the 3 gal. pots with rootball. After all the growing that happens in flower you might run into rootbounding problems by the end.

Ok I didn’t think about that.. they have been in those for a few weeks.... I doubt I can transplant these without causing damage, that’s the only problem I have with fabric pots. Seem to have a hard time with getting them out of the pots

Morning BlueBudz, you can grow a big plant in a 3gallon SmartPot.

You should be good to go in these. It was more hypothetical thinking. But if you had to you could easily transplant. I just did a 7 gallon smart pot transfer to a 15 gallon plastic tote. I did it by myself too couldnt believe it. lol. If you leave the pot on the ground you can actually roll the sides of the pot down. Then slide your fingers under and scoop up.
