    cheep ass fans

I thought active Air was a decent company I bought 2 of their 16 inch wall mounted Oscillating fans , I bought them in Aug. one of them quit oscillating in Sept. and I just noticed the other one quit ,

Has any one had better luck with some other Oscillating fans anything over a 6 month working period ,haha 6 months It should last 6 years

You know Patton fans were decades long lasting until they moved to China. Now their fans are crap. I have discovered that the old blind Kung fu master from the Kung Fu TV series has a new job as China's sole quality control.

You might go to a thrift store , and try to locate some older fans. They should be even cheaper since it is winter.

OJH, I'd say go on Amazon and read reviews of the fans.

        https://www.amazon.com/Hurricane-Cli...ydroponic+fans
        https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...+fanThat's

That's how I decide on what to buy for lots of my grow stuff: I listen to what other buyers have to say. And if you look around, you might get ideas for what would work better in your grow room.

Been there done that. Finding something not manufactured in China is very difficult. Have found some supposedly made in the USA, but the reviews on them are tending negative. I did pick up a high velocity Lasko which seems fairly good so far, but it is not oscillating. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Morning OJH, I've got a tower fan in my tent, it does a nice job, I'm like you with those small fans, some of them work great, some don't last a month, that tower fan works great though.
4or5. 100watt equivalent cfls for seedlings.
300 watt, 145watt at the wall. Led for veg.
            315lec for flowering.
Dug-up Ms.River topsoil with perlite added, using no nutrients but what's in soil.
1 an 3 gallon SmartPots, using only PHed water at 6.3-6.5 ph. 32x32x63 tent.
            Afghan Kush Ryder from WOS
            Bubblelicious Auto from Nirvana

I've been looking at tower fans and most of them have 12 inch bases that's a lot of space in my 2'x4' tent. I would like something that oscillates. I would get the smaller desktop tower if I could figure out a way to mount it on a pole, maybe get a strong clamp and make a little stand for it with some velcro. They have one with a clamp I like and has no indicator lights but it doesn't oscillate. I saw a Secret Jardin Monkey fan but I read they are fire prone...crazy!
