Strange twist in my leaves

I think I see what you mean about the twist, but the plants look healthy, so I wouldn't worry. The rule of thumb is 6 sets of leaves, top back to the third, but I don't think this a hard and fast rule. You seem to only have fans that only have 3 leaves, but again, I think that is normal in a young plant.

yes I think so, they have been leaning so I have been turning the pots, now I raised the light to get more coverage
how much did u raise your light? I use t5's on seedlings but only until they are a couple inches tall. I am just asking because I am curious how far a t5 can penetrate effectively

I usually keep mine about 9 or 10 inches away. I don't wanna get it to close to the young-uns. I have just never tested how far they could be away and still do a good job. I would be curious to know. I have heard of people using t5s for the whole cycle. I don't know how tall people let them get when they are gonna flower with t5s. So curious lol

Yes, about 5 to 6 inches above plant is good. Once our plants got taller, before we put them in tent with the LEDS, we also used a couple of cfls that have that reflective cone and clamp attachment to help get light underneath the main growth. A couple of those placed strategically worked great. Something like this. That's not exactly what they looked like, but close.

Usually you only super crop a plant when you are running out of height..like a last resort...works well.
Try another method of training first to try and keep them low and even and then if need to super crop later during flower stretch you can. It's easy.
Good looking babies...keep the pics coming!!
Good luck
