I don't want to get political here but....

First off Happy 4th of July! Have a great day and a lot of fun.

On this day, it's important to remember that over 4000 people are sitting in jail for personal possession or use. That's 4000+ people who have lost their Freedom and Liberty, becausre of a choice that effected no one but themselves.

And all of the people not only here but around the world who are trying to manage pain and symptoms and face incarceration, fines, stigma for looking beyond what is considered acceptable.

Have fun and enjoy but don't let these people fade from your memory.

your right their GG I think the prisons for profit are a real horror story

Anyone familiar with Freedom Grow? (Auto-play video at link.) It's a non-profit that benefits folks in prison for cannabis crimes. It sounds like what they do is pretty great but it's difficult not to be leery these days, so many charities keep more money than they pass out. I would love to know how much (or hopefully how little) gets skimmed off to cover "operating costs". Apparently they don't take in enough money to have to file the more extensive IRS paperwork.
