COCO COIR Young Seedlings in Need of Help

Hey, new grower here, I have 2 seedlings growing in small plastic cups and one of them is drooling and has little yellow splotches.

Set-Up:
Fox Farm 70-30 coco/perlite
Spider Farmer SF1000 at about 50%
AC Infinity Cloudline S4 - Exhaust - Full
AC Infinity Raxial S4 - Inline - Full
Temp: Usually fluctuates between 70-85 ish
Nutrients: FloraSeries General Hydroponics/CalMag
Cool Grows Tent: 24x24x48

I can’t quite figure out a diagnosis, but I’m thinking light burn, pH problems or maybe under-watering/overwatering

I have holes in the bottom of the cups, but water never really drains from it considering I don’t use to much cause they are young seedlings. I use a spray bottle (following GWE nutrient schedule) and spray when the soil a half inch below feels dry.

Hopefully there is some guidance I can come across
