You think I should defoliate my White OG?

What do you think? Exactly 1 month since switching flowering, (12/12) DWC, White OG from seedsman

Yes. WhAzzA SchwAzzer? Years after doing what most others do; defoliating just before flowering and again at about 3 weeks in when bud sites are developing and you can see what leaves are shielding light - I found out some young upstart in Vegas wrote a book on it, calls it Schwazzing and charges $500 for the book and the information.
Basically most indoor growers are schwazzers and don’t know it.
Basic ABC’s of Schwazzing

• A - defoliate just before flowering to expose all potential bud sites
• B - defoliate around 3 weeks into flowering once bud sites are developing insuring fan leaves don’t cover bud sites
• C - fold leaves as much as possible instead of removing them after the B defoliation. after week 5 slowly start removing leaves that have grown out of buds.
