That's funny. I have a couch I need to remove. Problem is that the only door it fits through in now rotten an in the process of being replaced. So I also may be getting out the cutting tools cus I can't replace the door with out removing the couch and I can't remove the couch through the other door in one piece.I love cutting up an old fold out couch with a sawsall cause to heavy to move and nice buds too![]()

I luv that comment Ckbrew! That is a carbon copy of how I viewed my vocation from about day 1! I never enjoyed working in any of the labs I worked for in life. I actually walked off my last lab job 20 yrs ago and never looked back! My wife thought I was nuts but now she knows I knew what I was doingIt sounds like you were fortunate enough to enjoy work. My experience was less than that. People wanting me to do things not the correct way it should be done. At the pace of a MCD kitchen, except with holding lives in your hands, that just being a routine part of the job. Better get it right the first time, there won't be anything left for a second time, and hurry up and get it out, the person "in charge" thinks the orders should be finished by now. Done with that. Time to watch the grass grow...
It started out well. Me being an OCD precise repetitive control freak, doing precise things, sometimes in a sterile lab, sometimes not, being able to help people who needed help, and knowing that if a mistake is made someone may die. I thrived on that and was dam good at it. And when I found something that was not up to QA standards I was polite but unwavering in what needed to be corrected. Then times changed and everything was taken over by the corporate suits who don't know nothin but the bottom line dollar. Being an OCD precise control freak I stuck to my guns and did what was correct, not what was earning the company the most profit. I too eventually gave them the bird and said FO. Never looked back. I do miss having the large lab to work in but I am happy with the lab I have built myself.I luv that comment Ckbrew! That is a carbon copy of how I viewed my vocation from about day 1!
