How long do you suppose it would take for you to skipper that dinghy of yours over and down to San Diego? I can see the Chula Vista harbor from my patio. Maybe do the Northwest Passage instead of Panama. Panama is politically unstable. And foreign. Canadonian is easier to learn than Panamanian political prisoner lingo.
 
Gingerbeard you foot the gas bill and I'm on the way. Shouldn't take more than a week to get to Panama, another two days to cruise the canal, and another week up the western shore. About 10.000$ should do it.
 
I hate assholes that think they know it all and have all the answers right because they " mansplane " to females who fucking call them on it. Arrogant , egomaniacs wet behind the ear fuckers.
