How long are you soaking in peroxide? The reason to do a peroxide soak is to chemically scar the shell and kill any bacteria/mold spores. It only should be done for a few minutes. After that soak in plain water for 12-48hrs. Leaving it in peroxide can kill the seed.
If it was just a little h2o2 in some water they may not be dead, but i found that regular tap water after a 3 minute soak (using 1:1 water to peroxide ratio with 3% peroxide) works better than adding h2o2 to a glass of water for the entire soak. The h2o2 can kill roots if concentrated enough so thats why i dont recommend leaving a seed in h2o2 for longer than 5 minutes. I would move them to plain water and keep an eye out for a taproot.
