Yellowing leaves

So, im still trying to find out why my new growth is comming out yellow, NebulaHaze you have any idea what this could be? I took the pics under hps, but i took a pic of two of my plants that are right beside each other to show its not the light. The first pic is the plamt with regular green leaves the second is the plant with yellowish leaves.

Are they the same strain? If so the less green one could have a nitrogen lockout. I see they are in the beginning of flower so adding nitrogen now could hurt flowering. I would say since its still early in flower I would get some maxicrop seaweed and do a foliar spray. It will make the plant much more lush green. Plus it has tons of micronutrients your plant will love.
