HELP! Yellowing leaves / spots

Can anyone help? I've been trying to keep in veg state until I can fix the problem. Started in miracle grow so 3/4 of the 5 gal bucket is MG and 1/4 is Foxfarm I've been putting on top, when I water her the soil sinks alot and the bottom of the bucket feels light.
