HELP! Yellow spots on my leaves please help!

I grow my plants outdoors and this one has brown spot on only one of its leaves I’m very confused by it but the plant seems to continue growing just fine. I do not gives the plant any fertilizer apart from at the start I gave it easy grow to help it at first.

I think it looks like you might have splashed something on it and the sun cooked it into the leaf. 1st glance I was thinking caterpillar because I had a problem with em but once I zoomed in it doesn't look like it's eaten through but still wanted to mention it so you could keep an eye out
