Yellow spots on big bottom fan leaves

Can anyone tell me what these little yellow spots could be and if there's something I need to do to fix it. She's 42 days old from seed and she's been topped twice. Temperature is between 77° and 79° and humidity around 58% to 60%

Quite common.

Maintain good pH range and check for pests. I get them even though all seems to be going well.

I looked under the leaves quickly and didn't see anything but I'm going to check better. I also watered with tap water the last 2 watering so tomorrow I'm going to water with spring water

Is the soil wet or dry and how often do you water/feed?

Add some cal/mag to all your feeds and vary the pH inputs through about +/- 0.15, so if in coco in veg go 5.8 to 6.1 and in flower about 6.0 to 6.3..
if in soil go 6.2 to 6.5 in veg and 6.5 to 6.8 in flower
If hydro start at 5.8 and let it climb

To me, those ruffles on your leaves mean a little too much nitrogen (mine always look that way in the beginning but I use hot soil and don't fertilize). The slight curling means too much water. Those spots might mean thrips or leaf hoppers. That's just my experience though, there's probably lots of causes.

It could be a bit much N as you say also a bit much water, even if in coco.

Both of which they should quickly recover from pretty quickly as they burst forward with growth. Mine often look a bit like this at that early stage but pick up quickly

Watering every 4 days when the pot is light and the soil is pretty dry

I used a hot soil and haven't added nutes because the runoff PPM was high. Yesterday was the first feed with nutes. I watered with a gallon of water

In soil the bigger the pot the better to keep the soil working and to supply the plant with what it needs at the roots. It also maintains correct pH range at the roots better the larger it is.

Remember if you let the water run out the bottom its taking the plants nutes with itn and away from the roots.

UPDATE - looking much better after feeding with some nutrients. Cut a couple leaves too for air flow

Just pluck them. Don't give them so much N.

I probably wouldn't pluck healthy leaves at this stage. Just maintain a nice breeze. To be honest, I dont think it makes much difference either way but they are producing sugars which the roots need to take up nutes. I normally wait a bit for the first defol and do it a bit before the flip to allow recovery before flipping.
