Yellow leaves with brownish spots

Hello Everyone! It is my very first grow. I live in California and I started from clones and its been5-6 weeks now. Soil is Ocean forest mixed with perlite , 5 gal pots, Tahoe OG strain, 2x1000W HPS lights, humidity is 40-60%, temp 73 sleeping and 78-80F when lights on. Lights are on from 6pm till noon….2 weeks ago I started to PH water around 6.30 and I noticed some yellow leaves with brown spots few days after. Some people saying it’s CAL-MAG deficiency and some say its over watering. What is really confusing to me is that 2-3 plants that have most yellow leaves have run off water PH around 6.29 and healthy ones around 7.40 !?!? (I used the very same setup for all 12 plants) . 4 days ago I started to add CAL MAG by Botanicare and still waiting for the signs of improvement. I water my plants around 6.30 pm with ¼ gal. only 2-3 plants at this stage have run off water….HELP !

Looks alot like a magnesium deficiency honestly... But could also be calcium but is there anything else going on ? And what are your watering schedules? An feeding? Also check new growth for signs that it's getting better the effected leaves won't change if anything they could get worse an plant be fine.. just focus on the new growth as you try fixing them
