HELP! Yellow leaves near top of plant

Good morning first time growing legal in Canada one of my plants the fan leaves are turning yellow all the way up the plant I think it’s a nitrogen problem .i noticed three weeks ago I’m using Pureblend pro 3/2/4 will be changing over soon is there something I can give it a boost the plants are outdoor thanks

Looks a little hungry...Take a look at the Botanicare website for their recommended feeding schedules. If you're happy using the Botanicare stuff, try adding their kelp extract (Liquid Karma) as per the schedule. And you can use the Kelp as a foliar, it'll work faster.
