Yellow Edges

Do Si Do seeds germinated them in mid-May, planted outdoors in late May, and now 9', 10' and 11' tall!

August 15-17, as they were wrapping up the vegetative stage and entering the flowering phase, some of the leaves started developing yellow edges (maybe 5-10% so far), especially plant on right. It seems too soon for this to be happening, as they probably need to stay green for another month to feed the flowers, but then again, this is the first time I've grown this strain.

I just switched from vegetative fertilizer (7-9-5) to bloom fertilizer (3-12-6), but the yellow edge preceded the changeover.

Is this normal? Is the yellowing premature? Nutritional issue? Any recommendations?​

Hi, Jons, great grow. Nice plants. Better plan for that lengthy, upcoming trim-a-thon!

I am no expert on plant troubles I have not experienced, but I would suggest:
- Watering with 7.0 pH'd water, with GH Flora Micro mixed in. Toss in some epsom salts for magnesium.
Are you watering with hard, tap water? That may also contain Mg and Ca.
- Plants naturally yellow out leaves on lower branches as flowering matures.

It is difficult to diagnose the leaf yellowing without more info:
Type of soil
Pre-grow soil pH
Water source, pH and chemistry
Frequency, strength and type (liquid, granular) of fertilizer
Overwatering?
