Almost looks like the affected leaves are the ones that aren't getting much light. I'd say nitrogen deficiency as well but the top leaves are all dark green, so that leads me back to the light. I may be wrong though as I'm not as experienced as some here are. Just out of curiosity, what kind of light are you using?
 
Over watered and over fed looks like early in the plants life looks like. Do you still use N or are you feeding it anything? Needs more PK i think.
 
Do you have the bloom and veg switches on? If not you're only running about 250W. That may not be powerful enough to reach deep into your canopy. Not really familiar with that light so it's just a shot in the dark. Maybe drop the light closer as well, 30" seems a bit high to me.
