I'm inclined to think the governor will sign it. I know it'll take time to work out the specifics of who, how and when. Taxes are a huge incentive, especially since the mayor of Nashville has proposed a $10B rapid transit system for the city. They need it, but it's going to be a huge project. Glad I don't live there anymore.
And we have so many places in TN that are rural and so very poor that would benefit from the tax dollars and what they would bring, not to mention the opioid problems. I think it's just a good thing all around. Heck, we may be able to get a fire hydrant on our street and mail delivery.
I'll just be happy to know that I won't lose my home, car and everything I own if I get caught with 2 plants, and legal medical cannabis usually allows those eligible to grow about 6 plants...I could have a great perpetual grow.
