Wpm or nute build up

Hey all just got ready to go water today and saw this on my smart pots. I hope it's just nute build up since I was feeding full strength before I flipped. But if like to get a second opinion. I sprayed it with some neem oil since it helps prevent it. Using ocean Forest soil general hydro nutes full strength. Calmag and armor si. Rh at 40-48 temp around 80-83. run off around 5.5-6

Yeah, it's on mine to, lick it, it tastes just like salt. No problems.

I think its from the calcium and mag additive with salts i did a little research for my grow nothing to worry about and ive done full feedings with small tweaks here and there.
But if it's smells like mold you might want to deal with it.

Thanks no smell since I sprayed it with neem oil I don't think I want to lick it lol
