So i got White Powdery mildew i sprayed my leafs With the milk method now i am wondering should it still be popping up a little bit here and there like a spot on a leaf here and there? it does seem like it slowed down but maybe the milk made it reveal it self on certain leaves what should i do cut off the leaves everytime it pops up or can i hope that the milk is fighting it and slowing / stoping the spread.

Two main questions are do i cut the leaf with it everytime it pops up and should it still be spreading i am assuming the milk is fighting it and it will take time but i would like to be sure

It's been 2 days since i sprayed them with the milk

The 2 plants are 5 weeks 3 days into flowering

No, containment equals elimination. Removing the leaf is a good idea, but you have to remember that this action also likely causes spores to become airborne. It's hard to defeat it without extreme measures.

If you have a UV / blacklight flashlight, with the lights off, hit your plants with it, any PM on the leaves should glow in the light. Easy way to detect bug poops too. This should give you a better idea of what you are up against.

In high enough doses UV can be used to treat PM, but it can also damage the plant if in excess.
