WPM corpses

It's a plumeria, not a pot plant. The plant has WPM amongst other outdoor potted plants that do not.
When I spray a real moldy spot, the next day the mold becomes a little (not like your shirt) tacky. None of the mold, heavy or light, goes away after spraying. What's supposed to happen?

Hmmm can't say as i've never treated it, i've got it on a vine plant but i don't treat it. I got it when i overhead watered it by giving it a cool shower. Not much help huh?? sorry
