Would any of you try this,as a viable growing medium?

I've got two lights (One LED & one 315 LEC), my grow tent and my seeds almost ready. I will be going the coco/ perlite route. I am trying to decide whether to give this product a try, just mixing in 30% perlite. After my sizable (for me) expenditure, I'm trying to maximize the value of the medium and grow bag:

I would use that product - especially with those pots.

Give it a shot, I would try it. I've not gotten into coco yet so I don't know if it's economical or not but I'm sure it would work.
