Seeing as it's illegal to buy out of the country and import seeds for every state, Mass is now no different, residents will either do it or they won't risk it. If I am wrong about my first sentence please let me know. This is just what I've always assumed.

I am a habitual law breaker.

Almost always drive 5 miles over the speed limit. Crossing the street (in town) when not in the proper crossing spot, I admit to having on a few occasions illegally downloaded music. Not recently, but I'm sure I've driven over the legal alcohol limit in past. I also drive the one block to the grocery store without my seltbelt on. I do talk on my cell while driving, though try to avoid. I never text while driving. I have on occasion, on a back country road, thrown an apple core out the window (if will decompose or some woodland creature will find it.)

One time I did run over a squirrel. Dang little thing just scampered out in front of me. I was only about 20. I cried the rest of the way home. Only animal (mammal) I've ever killed
