Will these LEDs be ok for seedlings?

Hey, I'm just beginning to grow and my first seedlings are developing leaves. We have 12 hours of light here so I need an extra 6 hours for the vegetative stage. I have some LED bar lights. They are like the long fluorescent bulbs, but LED. They are 18 watt, "day light" 6400k, 1800 lumens. Will they work?

Just dont get them to close to the plants, if they are to close they can burn, same with older plants as well.. 18 watt is not much. Last year I put a home LED bulb in the garden to reveg with, I think it was 7 watts at 6500k and did not need to be right on them. I may need to do that again this year.

Is there anything wrong with 18W? Can I use this light through the vegetation stage to flowering? Thank you for your help.

It should be OK for a seedling light strip. There are much more efficient and cost-effective DIY options that I'd choose before trying to cobble together enough of the tubes to give you enough light to flower.
