Will LED " cone, street light" work for growing?

just wondering if these lights will help for supplemental light for my plants. They are each 38 w, 300 w replacement, or 17 incandescent bulbs, according to pkg. Bought at Home Depot, and they
are 5000k, 4000 lm. Thanks!

Yes, they will- consider making a reflector to redirect light.
I have use aluminium/foil disposable pie plates with a hole cut in the center.

Cfl led hps ect... they all work u want 7500 to 10,000 lumens per sq foot if u add co2 u can increase the lumens I have 16,000 per sqf any reflectors work if u have mirrors use them my plants love looking at them selfs/ the light reflection lmfao

5000k will work just fine it will make ur plant a bit shorter and bushyier than 2700k but it will promote faster above soil growth than 2700k

I thought I read somewhere that mirrors do not work, but I can't speak to it as I've never tried it.

Right on thanks, the two together are 8000 lumens, just wanted a little supplemental light on the sides at very little cost to run.

From Growweedeasy web site:
Mirrors seem intuitively like a great choice, but in reality they are "just okay" (at best) for reflecting the light of indoor grow lights back at your plants. While mirrors are great at clearly reflecting your image back at you, they're not meant for reflecting light; especially light that is actually usable to your cannabis plants. Mirrors don’t reflect light from the grow lights in optimal patterns and tend to create light/heat spots. While better than a black wall, I strongly recommend not using mirrors for reflection in the cannabis grow area.
