Wierd flowering/ airy buds

That's how sativa's grow. Tall and airy, let it grow and watch it fill out. . Each of those little budlets with pistils will fill out to be bigger buds.

What strain is that ? I never had a sativa strain that looked like that.

It's not what you're asking about, but I notice that the leaves are clawing, which is the classic symptom of too much nitrate. It's not bad, but you might want to back off on the fertilizer a little bit...

Typical sativa phenotype. No worries. Patience will be your greatest challenge.
