White widow day 20

This is a white widow auto day 20 in soil 5gal 600w no nutrients just water ph 6.0 - 6.5

I did some LST around 5 days ago and it seemed she stopped growing taller it has gotten bushier but not taller is this normal

I've had autos grow very short and wide. Normal.

Looks real good - if you're holding your plant down with the LST - I wouldn't expect it to grow vertically.

This happens to me in fact on all 3 of my plants i trained to low kept to short so i had to adjust the pot height to get closer to the lights. I thought they would of stretched more but they did not. I release and adjust the tie downs all the time you can still do this just release it if you got the height.

I'm thinking i did the LST a little early and will release the tie downs for a few days and try to get more height

Sure you can do that but also remember these autos get really stiff so go really gently i don't want to scare ya LOL if you do release them..
