I have recently moved my plants outside but they are still in pots. This white stuff showed up a few days before I moved them. Planted on March 6, growing inside, had some yellowing on lower leaves which seems to have improved after I re-planted in bigger pots, added some nitrogen enriched plant food, lowered the pH to below 7. Also a few have leaves that look eaten. Now this. Help please!

Not sure about the chewed-up leaves but the white stuff sure looks like the dreaded White Powdery Mildew. Check the linked GWE article for treatment, stat!
