HELP! White strands/bits on leaves

I noticed this about a week ago and thought it might be the start of white powdery mildew. Now maybe with these close ups I am wondering if it's spidermites.

I have a tent in my bedroom, a quantum board, a single fan outside the tent while another gets delivered. I am aiming for a full carbon filter and inward and outward fan setup soon but I'm but equipment as we go. I live in a 3 story house so the room it's in is relatively warm.

Looks like you may have some eggs on your leaf from the pictures, you should look under the leaf with a microscope to see if you can find spider mites or bugs if you see some get some spinosad.
