COCO COIR White spots on leaves?

Any idea what those small white spots on the leaves are? Searching on google didn’t provide an answer on this one. Everything I see is different from this…

Any tips would help.

From the bud I see in the background, you're a good 5 weeks into flowering? Auto or feminized?

At first glance i thought thrips, but after zooming in..i see little black specks. Check your plant for spider mites..Real good. For Thrips i use Diatomaceous Earth, Dust the main stalk of the plant up half a foot or so. also dust top of the coco after it has dried out after watering. Spider mites are a completely different pest and i;ve never had to deal with them.
