White powdery fungus

2nd wintertime closet grow , did the hyd.porx. spray helped somewhat resorted to a 60/40 milk spray seems to have cleared it up but it infected 3-4 of my budding plants they quit growing no trichromes, no new white hairs at the buds...are they trash?

Not enuf info. One can try "Trifecta Crop Control" it is pricey, said to be safe to harvest.

Trifecta has worked for me in the past. Worth a shot.
