White powder/dust on leaves

There is a white powder/dust on my leaves that go right by the buds .
What is this and what should I do to fix it? When I brush my fingers over it a lot of it comes off.

After 2 years at this, I agree with bboyfromwayback . This may not be the case in other areas, but where I live I have written off outdoor grows.

Sorry, I’m just a little sour from this year’s outside grow. A lot of daily tending to have everything goto crap right before harvest. I agree Ckbrew, your local climate makes all the difference. I’m sure everywhere has its different challenges but in my region where the humidity stays above 80% with lots of pop-up thunderstorms it’s not worth the hassel to me

Don't blame you. Last year March to October, work work, work, then in the last 2 weeks WPM and bud rot everywhere.
