HELP! White moths?

Trimming these girls outside for the second time and noticed this. Can I get rid of them without harming my flower?
This is mother natures garden. I don't touch them until trim time.

Looks like aphis in the pictures? Generally speaking you can get rid of most bugs with diatomaceous earth or neem oil with a few drops of dish soap. You can also use rubbing alcohol, cinnamon, peroxide, guano foliar feeding, and many more that wont harm your plants if used correctly. Diatomaceous earth is both my favorite and least favorite, it's an all natural micro abrasive in a powder form. Dust the plants as heavy as youd like and never hurt them, but beware, a gust of wind will send it airborne and can irritate lungs and eyes! Its somewhat slow acting at 7-10 days before results, but it works, it's cheap, and it's easy, throw powder at your plants. Welcome to the forum!

Look for damaged leaves before doing anything. Look all over the place. Look under leaves to see if you can find eggs or other odd marks. A damaged leaf, here and there, is normal. If you find holes and munched leaf edges, go for eradication. They could be leaf hoppers.

It could be you have predatory insects. You want predatory insects. Do a little googling.

Yes it does jump i have those also but i don't see any damage that they do? I got tiny moths flying all over when we walk in our grass where the plants are, again i don't worry about them.

I dont know their real name, 'roun' here we call them "white hoppers", spinosad helps, praying mantis would be great. I smash all I can get hold of.

They're leaving a powdery web on some stems. Don't see any on the flower........yet

Yep they do that, the web is their hang out, I clean it off as I find it.

I dont think leaf hoppers leave webs. have you seen any other pests like spider mites you might need magnifying glass or use your camera on zoom to see if you can spot any other critters

Mine are jumpers LOL no webs either tiny tiny green or off white hoppers i don't see damage.
