White Lights or Colors

Some lights are multi-colored. They have red and green and blue lights. Which do you like? All white or colors.

Well Oreo I have both sets of lights old school LEDs vipar 450 and newer Qboards P2500. Still get good use from the older ones. They let off alittle bit of heat which i can deal with and frankly need where the tent was placed. But i love the quite of the newer boards can't hear anything.

I like spider farmer sf 4000. It has different colored lights, different spectrum of light. I have not taken the time to tease out the science of what spectrum is most beneficial to plants. I can say that the plants like it, and I would go with what the plants like, not what I want to see.
