White fuzz - mold?

I'm 5 1/2 weeks into my first grow. I'm doing DWC in a 4 foot tall stealth box. My 2 Northern Lights plants are thriving. I just defoliated and started doing LST. After defoliating I noticed some white fuzz on the surface of the grow pellet media that was supplied with my system. I'm following all the recommended techniques and conditions here at GWE. Also, I'm using Hydroguard along with my nutrients. My average RH is 50% in case that could be a factor.

Should I be concerned about this? And if so, how would you suggest I deal with it?

Are You top feeding? Or do you have a drip line at the bottom of the plugs/cube?

How many gallons of water are you using Big? do you have air (fan ) exhaust fan? If you could get a pic of what you see it would help.

My tank holds 3.5 gallons. My stealth box has one intake and two exhaust fans. I won't be able to show you what is going on because I cleaned it all up. But I'm considering dipping a Q-Tip in Hydroguard and going over the surface of my grow media in an effort to prevent it from coming back. I will be sure to not double dip the Q-Tip. Wouldn't want to contaminate my Hydroguard.
