which of these is a better deal for upgrading from LEDs to MH/HPS?

I know those hydrocrunch reflectors are pretty popular economic choice. The reflector in my experience is very important and that Apollo kit with the tube with wing is similar to my first reflector I replaced it on my second grow because I wasn’t very happy with it. I’m currently using the magnum xxxl 8” from sun systems. Only because I got a really good deal on it through an aquantance I don’t think it’s worth the 250$ price tag.
 
You can also keep an eye for warehouse deals. I bought an iPower set up like the Apollo one on one it was a return I think. Paid 75$ for it. And I couldn’t tell it was a return.

I'm also wondering about the individual-parts setup, as it looks like the reflector has duct openings on both sides - my ducting "ends" inside my tent (2' x 4' x 5') at the carbon filter, then the other end curves up into my exhaust fan (mounted in the premade ceiling "hole" pointing up...what would the "sequence" be with this reflector? Would it go carbon filter -> duct -> reflector -> duct -> exhaust fan? Cuz, that won't all fit horizontally inside my tent....
 
I don’t use a carbon filter but I believe you can go reflector-duct-exhaust fan-duct-carbon filter with the filter outside your tent and the fan pushing the air through the filter rather than pulling. But your first idea is the more traditional set up I believe.
