Which leafs to take of

Was just wondering if anyone out there could help me in which leafs I should remove to allow light to get to bud ?

You could definitely take some of the biggest fan leaves. That's a good place to start! Sometimes it's better to take a little at a time because you can always take more off, but you can't put them back

Ok so the plant will still be ok if I took the top biggest ones of ?

Yes, as long as the plant is healthy and growing fast, it'll be okay if you cut off the main stems.
