Outdoor photos begin to pop usually right around the 12/12 cycle. I have my grow outdoors too and I have a couple plants just starting flower. Here in So Cal we are still at 14/10.

About the same in Colorado, just getting pre-flowers. Harvest is usually in the first two weeks of October, and heavy flowering usually starts about the second week of August.

Depends on how long your days are. Unless they are autos they require 12 hrs of darkness to initiate flowering. Outdoors, this is when the days are shorter but depending on where you are in the world the time of year can differ. Also, if there are artificial lights that shine on them in their dark period then they wont flower.
