When to turn on lighting?

Hello folks, I germinated using paper towel between two plates and this morning I have a tiny white growth, I planted it about 3/4" deep. Do I leave it dark until it sprouts or start today with 18/6? Or does it matter?

Ya I’d get the light on as well. 3/4” Is a bit deeper then I plant them. Also make sure the tap root is facing down. GWE has a great tutorial on this http://www.growweedeasy.com/germinate#plant-your-germinated-cannabis-seeds hope it helps and good luck!

If u can put a humidity dome on top and spray twice a day with phed water till thay pop. A dome can b as simple as a cut down water bottle or a sandwich bag.
Leave the light on 24/7 and remove dome after thay pop, keep them warm and moist but don’t overwater. My 2 cents

Gonna try that. I've seen pictures of others doing that, thanks for the tip.
