When to harvest?

Hi;

I am a first time indoor grower. I have an eco grower system with Led lights in a grow tent. Currently I got 2 plants of different strains in my setup.

They have been growing for just a little over two months and I have switched to 12/12 for the past month. Can you give me a few hints on when to harvest based on these photos?

When did pistols appear? What does the breeder say flowering time is? Typically, pistols start showing up within a few days to a week of switching to 12/12 and that is when flowering "begins" in the eyes of the breeder. Let's assume that yours were the same way, so you have 2-3 weeks or so of flower. Typically, flowering can be 8 weeks or 12 weeks depending on strain (though there are ones with shorter and longer times but these are typical). So you would have anywhere from 6-9 weeks left depending on strain. Also, breeder times tend to be under perfect conditions so it is generally accepted that a non professional can take an extra week or two.

You said you went to 12/12 about 4 weeks ago and it looks like the plant in pic. 3 is Sativa dominant. I would say you are looking at 6 to 7 more weeks 'till harvest.

They look nice now, big flowers for only a month, in about 2 months, with no problems, they are gonna be huge !!
Great job, for your first indoor grow, I can tell, you've done this before.
