HELP! When to harvest? Or wait?

So, I've been growing peppermint kush, and cali bay dream, both mostly indica strains, femenised. They are both 12 weeks into flowering and it looks like they have haulted growth or are just growing slow. By about 6-7 weeks into flowering I stopped nutrients to flush them out and now I think I need to give it back to them? I have the humidity in my grow tent at about 30%, 68°, 600 watt LED grow light, 12/12 light schedule. Im not sure if I need to harvest them or not. The pictures on Seedsman where i got them from are incredibly different and on there it says they should have been done by 8 weeks. I understand that the seeds banks go by something different and the descriptions online can be faulty, but im really confused now, they dont seem big enough and the leaves still look healthy and vibrant .....the first 2 are cali bay dream, the second 2 are peppermint kush. I reallt don't know if I should wait longer or cut them down now...someone please help ...this is also my first grow.

I think you should harvest. They look ready

First welcome, next you’re in the harvest window I would keep flushing. Get a loupe and check the tricrhomes for any amber coloring and use that to judge for yourself and your medical needs
